Comments on Updated Stats

Rob

Some small changes. Putting slightly better. Overall scores still hampered by those regular wayward shots and foolishly risky attempts at green-bound recovery.

Chris

avg on par 4s are down a bit. Took 0.1 off an already good avg score. Recent triple bogeys down a hefty 3% to only 7%

Best putting for the second year running

Nick

Stats almost identical again. Slight increase in putting average to just over 2.

MC Ole

At Morgado, while thrashing Nick and Rob, Mark equalled his lowest score over 18 of 16 over from Atalya last year (and low 9 of 6 over on the same course) and took his recent average under 100.

Simmo

Simmo's practice meant he achieved a reduced avg score of 2 fewer. Recently he hits the green in reggie much more often but a corresponding increase in 3 putts.

Garold

Although Gary got a new record 9 at 8 over on the 15th, his averages all crept up very slightly. Putting seems to have improved to recently being under 2 avg

Brewster

Bruce got a new low vs par of 14 at Alamos, 3 better than his 2010 record which was already a new best. Good times for the Scot.

Sven

Not showing up for 7 holes certainly lowered overall score. Nice result though, matching his previous lowest for 18 of 33 over, but spreading out those good holes as he didn't match his previous best 9! It's been a 7 year wait to get a score that low again so is the man of clockwork back on form following all the injuries? Certainly seems possible with him getting off the mark for birdies now at 1%

Bovis

For the third year in a row, Grant's Low 18 was bested. And a big improvement this time by 7 shots (and 2 for low nine), solidly deserving the smoking shoes.

Jonno

Jonno won and halved quite a few holes this year but some niggly 10s still sneaking in earned a new high 18 against Par on the first day and a high 9 on the second day to keep him honest. The inner fire of Presidential Office will no doubt bring out some low record setting next time round.
